Snail Integral provides customized professional services. Due to the strategic and intellectual nature of our work, refunds are governed by the specific terms agreed upon in individual contracts.
2. Consulting & Communication Services
- Payments made for brand consulting, corporate communication, digital marketing, and PR services are generally non-refundable once work has commenced.
- If cancellation occurs before project initiation, partial refunds may be considered.
3. Event Management Services
For event-related services (summits, conferences, launches):
- Deposits are non-refundable once vendor bookings are confirmed.
- Refund eligibility depends on cancellation timeline and contractual clauses.
4. Digital Services (SEO, PPC, Social Media)
- Monthly retainers are non-refundable once the billing cycle begins.
- In case of service dissatisfaction, clients may discontinue future services with notice as per agreement.
5. Exceptional Circumstances
Refunds may be reviewed under: Duplicate payments, Billing errors, Contractual disputes resolved mutually.
6. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days via the original payment method.
